Pure Valley Juice Bar is a new juice business that highlights the beauty of the earth's bounty. When developing their brand, the founders wanted to pay homage to the beauty of Sierra Nevada Valley and its surrounding community. Deep earthy greens, hand-drawn mountain elements, and an elevated font were all important to the client, wanting to feel tied to nature but still sophisticated. For the mountain range illustration, I considered several photos of of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, hoping to simplify them enough to be recognizable but adaptable within a logo suite. We developed several logos that range from complex to simple, considering the materials that Pure Valley will need as they travel to different farmer's markets and popup events n their area. Two strong greens, a calm cream, and a bright contrasting gold round out the branding suite, leaving the visual identity feeling polished.
